Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is an agreement between Alja Cloud (“AljaCloud”, “we”, or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”).
This Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions for your use of the services provided by Aljacloud and (together, the “Services”).

Account eligibility

By registering for or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
You are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Services are intended only for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Any registration, use of, or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) years old is not authorized and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity or other party, you agree that you are authorized to bind such other party to this Agreement and to act on behalf of such other party with respect to any actions you take in connection with the Services.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate, current, truthful, current and complete information on registration forms, including an email address different from the domain you are registering with. If there is an issue with abuse or we need to contact you, we will use the primary email address on file with us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the contact information for your account is correct and complete at all times.
Alja Cloud is not responsible for any interruption of services, including without limitation, any expired domain registrations due to outdated contact information associated with the domain. If you need to verify or change your contact information, please contact our support team via email or update your contact information through Alja Cloud Support. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in termination of your account. In certain other operations or situations, you may be asked to provide government-issued identification and possibly a scan of the credit card used for verification purposes.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not:
Use twenty-five percent (25%) or more of our system resources for more than ninety (90) seconds at a time.
Run stand-alone and unattended server-side processes at any time on the server.
Run any kind of spider or web indexer software.
Run any program that interacts with the IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
Run any torrent app, tracker or torrent client.
Participate in any file sharing/peer-to-peer activities
Run any game servers.
Run cron entries at intervals of less than fifteen (15) minutes.
Run any MySQL queries longer than fifteen (15) seconds.
Include the local file instead of the URL when using PHP, and include functions to include a local file.
Use a shared account as a backup/storage device.
You may not use a shared hosting account as a backup/storage device except for one cPanel backup of the same account.
Please do not take backups from backups.

Your Services may be terminated with or without notice for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Failure to respond to an email from our Abuse Department within forty-eight (48) hours, may result in
or as specified in the email, to suspend or terminate your services. All abuse issues must be handled via email
You will receive a response within forty-eight (48) hours.
User accounts that regularly create and delete large numbers of files, have hundreds of thousands of files, or cause file system corruption may be flagged for review and/or suspended.


Our team will do everything possible to help you transfer your website to us. Transfer is provided as a free service for one cPanel account (additional transfers are available at our standard hourly admin rate). We should be able to get a full cPanel backup from your current host and the compressed account size should not exceed 1GB. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify our transfer policy at any time.
We make no guarantees as to availability, capability or time required to complete an account transfer. Every hosting company is configured differently, and some hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or proprietary format, which can make it very difficult, if not impossible, to transfer some or all of the account data. In some cases, we may not be able to help you transfer data from an old host. When offered, the free transportation service is available for a period of ten (10) days from the date of your registration.
Transportation fees may be charged outside the period of (10) days. In no event will Ga Cloud be liable for any lost data or files resulting from transferring to or from Ga Cloud. You are solely responsible for backing up your data under all circumstances.

Alja cloud content

All Content available through the Services, including designs, text, graphics, images, video, information, software, audio, and other files, their selection and arrangement, and all software used to provide the Services (collectively, “Alja Cloud Content”), is the property of Alja Cloud or Alja Cloud’s licensors. Cloud.
The AljaCloud Content may not be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, sold or exploited for any purpose in any form or by any means, in whole or in part, other than as expressly permitted. in this agreement. You may not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or other trade secrets from any AljaCloud Content.

Alja Cloud may place your website as an “image”, “text” or “link” in the advertising and promotional materials.
You are eligible for free technical support only if you are subscribed to one of our hosting plans.
Any use of AljaCloud Content, other than as specifically authorized herein, is prohibited and will automatically terminate your rights to use the Services and any AljaCloud Content.
All rights to use AljaCloud Content not expressly granted herein are reserved by AljaCloud and AljaCloud’s licensors.

Account security and Alja Cloud systems

It is your responsibility to ensure that scripts/programs installed under your account are secure and that permissions to directories are set correctly, regardless of installation method. When possible, make the permissions as restrictive as possible.
Users are ultimately responsible for all actions taken under their account. This includes hacking credentials such as username and password.
You are required to use a secure password. If a weak password is used, your account may be suspended until you agree to use a more secure password.
The Services, including all related equipment, networks and network devices, are provided for Customer’s authorized use only. AljaCloud may, but is not obligated to, monitor systems, including without limitation, to ensure that use is authorized, to facilitate protection against unauthorized access, and to verify security measures, survivability, and operational security. During monitoring, information can be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes.
By using the Services, you consent to monitoring for these purposes.
Any account found connected to a third party network or system without the third party’s permission is subject to suspension. Access to networks or systems outside of your direct control requires the express written consent of the third party. Alja Cloud may, at our discretion, request documentation to prove that your access to a third party network or system is authorized.
Any account found to have been hacked may be disabled and/or terminated. If you do not clean your account after notifying AljaCloud of a persistent problem, we reserve the right to keep your account deactivated. Upon your request, AljaCloud may clean your account for an additional fee.
Alja Cloud reserves the right to migrate your account from one data center to another in order to comply with applicable data center policies, local law, technical or other reasons without notice.

Backups and data loss
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The AljaCloud backup service runs once a night and overwrites any of your previous backups. Backups are only made overnight at a time. This service is provided to all accounts and may be modified or terminated at any time at ALjaCloud’s sole discretion. Accounts larger than 20 GB will not be included in backups. Alja Cloud is not responsible for the files and/or data on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup copies of files and data stored on the Alja-Cloud servers.

Limited warranty

The Services provided under this Agreement are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION, Alja Cloud, OUR AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Alja Cloud, our affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors make no representations or warranties (i) that the Services will be unchanged, uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure; (ii) regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of the Services; or (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information provided through the Services. Alja Cloud and our affiliates, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors are not responsible, and expressly disclaim any liability, regarding the content of any data transmitted to or from Users or stored by Users on or through the Services. The terms of this section shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Billing and payment information

Multiple accounts.
Users may not switch to multiple accounts to abuse New Customer discounts. Both accounts of users who violate this policy will be suspended until all outstanding invoices are paid. Users who abuse our discount system are subject to termination without refund.
Pre payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all bills are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance for the period of time during which the Services are provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations, payments received will be applied first to the oldest outstanding bill in your billing account.
Late payment.
All invoices must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice due date. Any outstanding invoice for more than seven (7) days may result in suspension or termination of the Services. Account access will not be restored until payment is received. If you do not pay the fees as specified herein, Alja Cloud may suspend or terminate your account including all services in your account including but not limited to websites without refunding any money and at its sole discretion. Alja Cloud will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance in their account.
The misuse or fraudulent use of credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks or any other payment method is a violation of this Agreement. Alja Cloud may report any misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in Alja Cloud’s sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.

Cancellations and refunds

Non-refundable products and services.
There are no refunds for web design services, domain names, administrative fees, licensing fees, custom software installation fees, or other setup fees, and will not include any fees for any other additional services.
All domain name registration/renewal processes are final. Since we have to pay registration fees on our side, we cannot process refunds for these transactions.

In the rare event that your domain is misspelled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to correct it.
cancellation process.
You may terminate or cancel the Services by providing written notice to Alja-Cloud via Support. In such event: (i) you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges due prior to such cancellation being effective.
Once we have received your cancellation form and confirmed all necessary information with you via email, we will notify you in writing (usually by email) of your cancellation.
Aljacloud will confirm your order and process your cancellation shortly thereafter. If you do not hear back from us, or you do not receive the auto-confirmation email within a few minutes after submitting your cancellation form, please contact us immediately. We require that all cancellations be made by us in order to (a) confirm your identity, (b) confirm your willingness to remove all of your files and email messages, and (c) document the request. This process is intended to reduce the possibility of errors and fraudulent/malicious requests, and to ensure that you are aware that your files, emails, and account may be removed immediately and permanently after your cancellation request has been processed.


Alja Cloud may terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without notice if: (i) you fail to pay any fees due; (ii) you are in breach of this Agreement; (iii) your conduct may harm AljaCloud or others or cause AljaCloud or others to be liable, as determined by AljaCloud in our sole discretion; or (iv) as otherwise specified in this Agreement. In such event, Alja Cloud will not refund any fees paid to you in advance of such termination, and you will be obligated to pay all fees and costs due before such termination becomes effective.
In addition, Alja Cloud may charge You for all fees due for the Services for the remainder of the then-current Term.
Upon termination of the Services for any reason, User Content, User Websites and other data will be deleted.
In the event that the AljaCloud stops working for a reason beyond its control, for example, but not limited to: natural disasters. The company reserves the right to cancel the services provided with / without notice and with / without a refund.

 All in one Services
The customer must abide by the project dates and respond within the work period. Otherwise, AljaCloud reserves the right to cancel the services provided without a refund and at its own discretion.

Changes to the Agreement or the Services

Alja Cloud may modify, add or delete portions of this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes to this Agreement, we will post a notice on the Alja Cloud website for at least thirty (30) days after the changes are posted. Any revisions to this Agreement will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. You agree to any modification to this Agreement by continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any such modification.
